We started IT-MSP in 2017 for one reason: to give businesses the best possible advice and support, without the upselling that too much of our industry relies on.
Why we exist
We're tired of businesses being oversold.
Time and again, new clients come to us paying for licences nobody uses and services they never needed, sold by providers who put their own margins first. Contracts that grow every year, add-ons nobody asked for, and advice that always seems to end in a bigger invoice.
We think IT support should work the other way round. Our job is to understand your business, fix what's broken, and only recommend what genuinely helps you.
